Through the   juxtaposition of conflicting or complementary artworks, a catalyst is created   to spark unexpected, innovative or new developments between the artists.<\/p>\n<p>A fee of \u00a3400 is   available per artist, and ESW staff will provide support and practical   assistance throughout.<\/p>\n<p><em>The   Artistic Programme Committee (APC) selects the artists and is made up of   artist members of ESW elected by ESW\u2019s membership.
